• Mr. Zeenni is the former CEO of an offshore construction company – NPCC Abu Dhabi. Currently he serves as a President of Valentine Maritime NAZCO Marine and Al Maha Productions, Kinga Holdings, Kinga Properties, Kinga Industries and NZ Investments. He also the Chairman of Horizon Survey and Horizon Geotechnical.

• Mr. Hamad is the CEO of Al Hail Holding, an Abu Dhabi based company overseeing a portfolio of diverse businesses including: infrastructure, retail, real estate, financial services, communication, power and energy
• Mr. Hamad also serves as a Chairman of various businesses, including Global Development Group, a leading development company in the UAE

Shailesh has over 23 years of alternative investment experience with more than 90 transactions executed at a value of $1.7 billion. He has founded several financial services companies including Al Masah Capital, Regulus Capital and Future Capital Limited.

• Mr. Zainal has over 24 years of senior experience in banking and business. He is the Chairman and CEO of Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment
• He also serves as the Deputy Chairman and Acting CEO of Addax Investment Bank
• He is a Board Member of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Kuwait International Bank, Automated Systems Co, Al-Oula Geojit Capital and Miami International Securities Exchange (MIAX)

• Mr. Al Mazrouei serves as a Vice Chairman of Habib Exchange Company, Board Member of Al Hail ORIX, Transguard Group, The Developers and an Executive Director of Dalma Mall. He is also a General Manager of Al Towaissa and Director of Al Hail Holding
• Mr. Mohammed has over 15 years of experience in organizational management, including project management, supply chain management, human resource management, business and program development and marketing management

• Sheikh Saqer is the Chairman, Investment Committee Member and Head of the Remuneration Committee of Planet Pharmacy. Sheikh Saqer is a Board member and Head of the Audit Committee of Julphar Pharmaceutical Industries and a former Board Member of RAK Petroleum Company
• With his strategic flair, Sheikh Saqer’s assessments and opinions on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors are widely regarded as authoritative

• Sheikh Khalid is the Chairman of Bank Muscat and Vice Chairman of Al Salam Bank (Bahrain). He is also a Deputy Chairman of Al Omaniya Financial Services Company, Chairman of Dhofar International Development & Investment Holding Company S.A.O.G. and Director of Dhofar Cattle Feed Company S.A.O.G.
• Sheikh Khalid holds a BSc. In Economics from the U.K., and a Master’s Degree in International Boundary Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, the University of London, UK.

• Ms. Dipti worked at JP Morgan in London for over 11 years, in Loan Capital Markets, specifically in the debt trading business, covering a host of Hedge Funds, CLO’s/ CDO’s and Banks to trade loans in the secondary market including Investment grade, Leveraged and Distressed Loans. She resigned in 2014 as Executive Director
• Graduated with Upper Class Honors in BSc Management from the London School of Economics in the UK
